MICCAI invited talks

This year, VCBM is collocated with MICCAI. The MICCAI and the VCBM steering committee consider this a great opportunity to establish networks between MICCAI and  the Computer Graphics and Visualization communities. To promote this cross-fertilization, it was decided to give MICCAI papers that have not been selected for a plenary presentation the opportunity to present their work orally at VCBM. A MICCAI/VCBM oral talks selection committee was formed by the paper chairs of VCBM and IPC members of the MICCAI conference. The selection was made based on quality of the paper and suitability of topics relevant to VCBM. Four papers have been selected and will be presented on Thursday 20th of September (marked as * in the above schedule)

The MICCAI/VCBM oral talks selection committee was formed by:

  • Lauren O’Donnell     (Harvard Medical School, USA),
  • Bernhard Kainz       (Imperial College London,UK),
  • Anna Puig Puig      (University of Barcelona, Spain),
  • Thomas Schultz      (University of Bonn, Germany),
  • Anna Vilanova         (TU Delft, The Netherlands)
